Inspiration

I have taken inspiration from FOOT. By focusing on the intricacies and beauty of the human foot, I bring attention to something often overlooked or taken for granted. Decision was to break away from the ordinary and embracing the extraordinary. Just like footsteps leave an indelible mark on the ground, I also wanted to leave a mark.

Final Samples

Here the idea is to show movement of toes, as the size of toes decreases their movement reduce.

Here beads show the movement of the toes, as the number of beads decreases, movement reduce.

The idea come from when our feet is left in water for a long time it starts to wrinkle( pruney ), by using organza silk to give it a form with the help of heat seating.

Here the idea is to show movement of the feet, how they move and left an impression on the surface.

Here the idea is to show the texture of our heel, by using back stitch on the net fabric and layer it with a dye fabric to show blood flow.

Here the idea is to make the print from seta silk paint, that follow the pattern of toes impressions.

The idea comes from our veins as they can be seen on our foot, that are beneath our skin. here the sample is trying to show the mystery that you can see in light, but without light it's just a piece of cloth.
